Our Services

Room Reservations

Reserve rooms for your activities at the SALP office. All reservations must be registered with SALP five business days before an event or activity. Copies of the registration form for outside space areas (signed by the requester) will be forwarded to the Department of Public Safety and Business Services.

Flyer Approval

Get your flyers approved at the SALP office. All flyers must comply with SALP guidelines and be stamped “Approved” by the SALP office before posting. If the material is not stamped for posting, the material will be removed and restitution for the cost of labor will be charged to the organization. For exterior kiosk areas, the SALP validation stamp is not needed. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

RSO Mailboxes

Mail for organizations may be picked up or dropped off at the SALP office for placement in organization mailboxes. Check out the RSO hand book to find out how to obtain a mailbox for your organization.
